Welcome Busy Moms. If you’re feeling burnt out and like you don’t know whose life you’re living, you’re in the right place.
Are you spending your days on the run? Where every single day feels like a sprint as you go from home to work to kids’ activities to other obligations….and then you collapse into bed and start it all over again the next day.
You’re tired and wish you had a giant pause button so you can put your life on hold so you can slow down for just a second.
But most of all, you want more for yourself and for your family because this isn’t the life you signed up for.
Beyond Burnout – Life Management for Working Moms
That’s where Beyond Burnout comes in. I’m Tracey, and I’m a busy working mom just like you and I believe that you can have a thriving career and home life, and you don’t have to burnout trying to make it all happen.
I started Beyond Burnout as a resource to offer practical (read: no fluff) solutions for working moms. Let’s face it – so much of the advice out there is about how to work less or quit your job – which isn’t the answer.
As a working mom, you need solutions to help you work with what you’ve got. Some of the things you may be juggling are:
- A career you love working 8-6, plus
- A couple of kids who are busy with activities, plus
- Homework, plus
- Taking care of family while squeezing in time for yourself.
Beyond Burnout provides free and paid resources that help you make the most of what you have with tools for mindset, scheduling and more.
